Always plant your flowers acording to the signs of the moon. Keep them weeded so that you can always enjoy there beauty. Planting Roses is a great way to liven up Your home and garden. - Megan Moore of Kentucky.

When planting something in a large pot, put a covered disposable plastic container upside down in the bottom of your large pot. Add potting mix & your plant. The plastic container fills in the pot so you don't have to use as much soil. It also makes a large pot much lighter than if it were filled completely with soil! - Lindy Gleason of Hereford AZ.

I'm just learning vegetables gardening and I haven't had much experience with flowers yet. I planted a 4 o' clock and it did well with some coffee grounds around it for added nitrogen just as my vegetables do. Be careful not to add too much or it can increase the pH. - Aimee Valle of Ohio, USA.

just a tip about being organized...I keep a notebook with pictures of my garden beds.  This is so helpful, especially since I buy lots of new lillies and other perennials.
